General
You and the hotel agree on the terms of the room rental. Unless a special agreement has been reached, the following rules apply. Special rules also apply to conferences and group bookings. Please note that the hotel is non-smoking - see more information under hotel obligations and your own wishes.
Important to know
To book/enter into an agreement with us, you must be 18 years old.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of accommodation must take place no later than 15.00 the day before arrival, otherwise a charge for one night applies.
Order and confirmation
An order is binding as it has been confirmed and you have received a booking number. This can be done verbally, in writing or via the booking system. When ordering, you are obliged to state your name, address, telephone number, arrival and departure time and how payment is to be made. Of course, you also need to inform us if there are any food deviations or other requests.
Arrival and departure
The hotel room is at your disposal from 15.00 (3 PM) on the day of arrival at the latest. On the day of departure, you must leave the room by 11.00 at the latest. The room is reserved for arrival at 18.00 at the latest. If you arrive later, you must notify the hotel in advance. Foreign guests are required to present a valid passport or other identification papers and pay upon arrival.
Cancellation and non-arrival
Unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking, cancellation must take place at 15.00 the day before arrival. If you do not show up without cancellation or cancel later than 3 pm the day before arrival, you will have to pay for one day. If the hotel incurred special costs due to your order, you may reimburse these.
Early departure and indefinite stay
If you have ordered for a fixed period of time but depart earlier, you must pay the same compensation as in case of late cancellation. In addition to the price for the time you stayed at the hotel, you pay for an additional 24 hours. If you are staying at the hotel for an indefinite period and extend your stay by one day at a time, you should notify the departure no later than 12.00 the day before. Otherwise, you have to pay for an extra day. If the hotel can no longer let you dispose of the room, you have the right to be told this no later than 12.00 noon the day before departure.
The hotel's obligations and your own wishes
If the hotel cannot provide you with a room upon arrival, as agreed, you have the right to receive an equivalent or better room within the hotel or at a hotel of equivalent standard, free of charge.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and common areas. If smoking has occurred, we charge a fee of SEK 4,000. Smoking takes place outside, in marked places.
Cleaning
For residents in the Villa and the Annex, the room must be left in a clean condition according to the cleaning guide available in the accommodation. The responsibility for this being taken care of lies with the person whose name appears in the booking. If you have not cleaned, we will charge you according to the rate. Departure cleaning can be pre-ordered at reception.
Pets
Pets are welcome in some rooms for an additional fee of SEK 250. Contact the reception for more information.
Payment
The hotel bill must be paid when you receive it, usually upon arrival at the hotel. We accept most common debit/credit cards, Swish and cash.
Storage, valuables, luggage and valuables in the room
Do not leave luggage unattended in the lobby. We have no obligation to store property that is of high value. We have no strict liability for the property that you keep in the hotel room.
Your own safety
Always find out where emergency exits, alarm buttons and fire extinguishers are located. Look for details in the information on the hotel room and common areas.

Breakfast is served weekdays 6.30-9.30 and weekends 8.00-9.30.
